These Terms of Service describe use of the Ceryndra storefront and purchases made through it. Read them together with the store policies linked below.

Using the store

Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. If you use a customer account, keep its credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, interfere with its security or impersonate another person.

Products and pricing

Product listings describe the available items, including the details provided for each product. Review sizing, materials, specifications, price and availability before purchasing. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colors. Product manufacturers’ names and trademarks retain their own identity and do not imply that this store manufactures every listed item or has an authorized-dealer relationship.

Orders and payment

Review the order, shipping address, available payment methods and total at checkout. Prices and checkout amounts are in USD; applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Contact us promptly if you need help correcting order information. An order confirmation records your order; shipment and payment status are communicated through the order process.

Shipping

We ship only to the United States. Shipping is free, with no minimum order value. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, followed by 3–7 business days in transit.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your item. We accept returns of unused items and items with problems attributable to our fulfillment or delivery, including damaged, defective or incorrect items. We cover return shipping for eligible returns, charge no restocking fee and offer exchanges. For an approved return, your refund will reach your original payment method within 10 calendar days of our receiving the returned item. Website content and third-party trademarks may be protected by intellectual-property laws. External services and links are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Shopify provides the commerce platform; payment services process payment information as described at checkout.
