Where do you ship?

We ship only to the United States. Shipping is free, with no minimum order value. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, followed by 3–7 business days in transit.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–7 business days after processing.

How do returns work?

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your item. We accept returns of unused items and items with problems attributable to our fulfillment or delivery, including damaged, defective or incorrect items. Who pays return shipping?

We cover return shipping for eligible returns, charge no restocking fee and offer exchanges.

When will my refund arrive?

For an approved return, your refund will reach your original payment method within 10 calendar days of our receiving the returned item.
