Your return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your item. We accept returns of unused items and items with problems attributable to our fulfillment or delivery, including damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Start a return

Email vuongcat47q8u4xy@gmail.com to request a return and receive return instructions. Include your order number and tell us which item you would like to return or exchange. We will provide the appropriate return destination. Our publicly listed contact address is not automatically the return address.

Return shipping and fees

We cover return shipping for eligible returns, charge no restocking fee and offer exchanges.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If there is a problem with an item we sent, describe the issue when contacting vuongcat47q8u4xy@gmail.com. A photo may help us understand the problem; contact us if you need assistance.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available. Email us with the item you would like to exchange and your preferred replacement so we can arrange the next steps and confirm availability. The same eligible-return shipping and no-restocking-fee rules apply.

Refund arrival

For an approved return, your refund will reach your original payment method within 10 calendar days of our receiving the returned item. We will communicate the return and refund status by email. If your refund has not arrived within this period, contact vuongcat47q8u4xy@gmail.com for assistance.
